During her career Isis has taught a number of undergraduate courses, including English composition, and first-year experience courses. She has spent many years working with other faculty members to support their teaching, including designing and facilitating teaching workshops and institutes, on her campus and across the country.

Viji Sathy, Associate Dean for Evaluation and Assessment, Office of Undergraduate Education, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Viji has received a number of teaching awards, including a students’ choice best professor award. She continues to teach undergraduate courses on topics such as statistics and research methodology. She has a book coming out this summer on inclusive teaching.

Regan Gurung, Associate Vice Provost & Executive Director, Center for Teaching and Learning, Oregon State University. Regan is a psychology professor who continues to teach, including a 400 student intro psych class and a graduate seminar on the science of teaching and learning. He has won several national teaching awards. He also runs a lab that does research on teaching and learning. His most recent book is “Thriving in Academia: Building a Career at a Teaching-focused Institution.”
